What does ZERO INVENTORY mean?

It means that a Sandy product will only be made once a confirmed order is placed. We try our hardest to hold little to no inventory on-hand. Through this method, know that no fabric will be wasted and no machine will be running uselessly -it’s our own little way to reduce our carbon footprint. Finding a specific home for our products, where we are assured that they are valued and wanted, no Sandy piece will ever make its way to a landfill.

Is everything made-to-order? 

Every Sandy Cheeks piece is now made-to-order, within a reasonable time. By waiting 7-10 working days, you are able to help the planet breathe a little better. So thank you for planning ahead. Should an item be on-hand, you will be notified immediately.

I just placed an order. What’s next? 
1. After you’ve filled up the order form, wait for the confirmation and payment details via Instagram DM/ Facebook DM/Viber before you make your payment. 
2. After paying for your item(s), please send us a copy of your deposit slip via Instagram DM/Facebook DM/Viber,
3. Once order has been confirmed, item(s) are considered reserved. Payment should be completed within the timeframe mentioned or reservation of item(s) will be forfeited.

Submitting the order form means that you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sandy Cheeks. If you have any questions, you may contact us via Instagram and Facebook DM/Viber. 

What are your payment options? 
1. Bank deposit or online transfer via BDO/BPI

Can I cancel my order? 
Once you’ve sent in your order form, strictly no cancellation of orders.

What are your domestic shipping options? 
Regular shipping fees: 
Metro Manila (1-3 business days) - P150
Provincial (3-5 business days) - P250


Same day delivery via Lalamove/Grab Express is available upon request. Fees to be shouldered by the customer. 

For bulk orders, shipping fees may increase.

All packages are shipped via local courier. If your package does not arrive after the allotted time frame, please contact us so we may help you resolve this problem. However, we are not responsible for packages delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.

Do you ship worldwide? 
Yes, we do. We’re still ironing out our system to make sure it’s seamless, but in the meantime, send us a message so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

What is your return and exchange policy? 
All products are non refundable and non exchangeable for hygienic purposes. All items are shipped in good condition unless stated otherwise. We understand that it can be challenging to purchase clothes online which is why we highly encourage you to send us a message if you have any questions or concerns regarding your swimsuit size. 

Do you accommodate special requests? 
We’re flexible with most requests—all you need to do is ask. Send us a message and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen.
